I was born in Petersburg VA and raised in Hopewell VA until moving to Rocky Mount NC in my late teens.  Graduating from High School in Nash County NC I entered the US Air Force.  I met and married my wife in Rocky Mount NC in 1988.  In my on again off again relationship with the military the LORD called me out of Iraq in 2008.  My wife and I were baptized in 2013 after, for the first time in our lives, understanding what repentance meant.  Shortly thereafter I was called into the ministry and finished my Bachelor of Science in Business and Criminal Justice from Liberty University Online in April of 2014.  I attended Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest NC starting in January 2015 for Master of Divinity in Christian Ministry.  I served my fellow veterans at the Durham VA Medical Center in Durham NC as a Chaplain completing Clinical Pastoral Education units.  I was ordained as a Southern Baptist Minister in December of 2016 from Union Chapel Baptist Church in Zebulon NC.  In 2021 we left Franklin County NC and Faith Baptist Church to help with Restoration Church.
